REQUIRED COMPOSITIONS
14-15 eggs, 5 drops vanilla essence, Icing sugar, 1 tin of evaporated milk, egg whisker.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix the vanilla and icing sugar with milk in plates, make hole on eggs and drain out eggs white in a clean plate, whisk egg white until it foams and turn thick creamy, pour the whisked egg into the mixture of milk and mix together, freeze and serve cool.
